First, my hype meter went way up, because I remembered how great Watch Dogs 1 could have been if they refined all the quibbles and corner cutting to get released after the delays they faced. Then they dropped this on us.
But just remember the differences between what the devs show us at E3:
This video always comes to mind, showing what we saw at E3 2012, compared to the PC Release on MAX settings. The immersion of the world was basically killed.
